Dyson DC07 Animal Vacuum
I have three cats in my home and one thing that they do better than anything else is shed hair from one season to the other. My old vacuum cleaner never used to pick up all their hair and I was getting tired of vacuuming and still seeing their hair embedded in the carpet. I love to buy the latest products, so I want out shopping for a new vacuum and found the Dyson Animal.
I took that baby home and unpacked it immediately. It was so simple to put to set up that it was up and running in two minutes. Since I had already vacuumed the living room with my old vacuum I decided to turn on the Animal and...

I bought the Dyson pet vacuum about a year ago and to this day, I have had no problems with my vacuum. It is fantastic in picking up hair, dirt, dust, etc. It actually makes my floors look all most new after using it. I am a neat freak and this vacuum helps me keep my house looking clean and smelling fresh. I would highly recommend this product regardless of the price. In the past I went through several vacuums a year. Now I have found a product that I can depend on for life!
Dyson Purple Vacuum
when we moved our new house has central vac, however I still keep my Dyson for my area rugs and quick pick ups! I used to battle every-time I used other uprights each time I vacuumed with having to unclog the vacuume...never with Dyson...just make sure you clean the filters
Dyson Ball Animal Vacuum
So I bought the Dyson Ball, I'm pretty sure it's the DC25 Animal, and it's so much better than our previous vacuum! I love the easy handling of the the Ball. It makes turning to go into corners or around large furniture so easy! That's especially great news for me because vacuuming often makes my low back pain flare up, but not so much with the Dyson. I got mine after I bought one for my brother as a wedding present and heard glowing reviews. The greatly hyped suction is pretty good, but I think the manuverability is the best selling point. I don't so much like the bagless option because you still...

Dyson is a great product but it's certainly NOT perfect. The 'Never lose suction' tagline is a marketing ploy, since Dyson too will get clogged and lose suction if not properly maintained. All other vacuum machines will NOT lose suction either if the filter bags are replaced often enough.
Overall, however, its performance beats all other vacuums (including the over-hyped Oreck, which is simply a rip-off) hands-down.
- Every few months, the user must clean out the central cylinder of the very fine dust, or it will get clogged and lose suction. The way you do this is by removing the dust collector...

I was skeptical about Dyson vacs in general because of the price, but I have to say this is probably one of the best purchases I've ever made for several reasons. The main reasin is that I have nerve damage and less than normal cartilage in my lower vertebrae, which made vacuuming very painful and laborous. On top of that, I have two dogs so I vacuum all the time. This vacuum is literally a miracle for me. It is so lightweight and so easy to maneuver that I don't have any pain after doing the whole house. That is really saying something, since things as small as leaning over for 10 minutes to wash...

The Dyson vacuum is by far the best one I've ever owned or used! I clean my home with it but also use it to clean other homes. I have owned many different makes and models over the years and since purchasing this one would never consider another brand.
The suction is extremely powerful and I love the fact that when you place the handle in the upright position it stops the brush so it doesn't keep running on your carpet while you use the long telescoping wand/handle for corners or ceilings, mini blinds, etc. I have used the Dyson in my home, several other homes and our cars as well. The tools on...

My husband and I decided it was time for a new vacuum once our son became mobile and started to pick up particles on the carpet and put them in his mouth. We did some research and decided we wanted a Dyson. My mom, sister in law and sister all own one and based on their reviews we decided it was the best quality for our money. We bought our vacuum on Black Friday and save about 50% off the suggested retail price. I am so thrilled and wouldn't trade our new Dyson. It was worth the money. The first time I used it to vacuum our apartment it completely overfilled the canister. I was shocked at how...

All vaccums are not created equally. I have fought the overwhelming price tag of the Dyson for some time. My hope was that it would eventually get more reasonable. But in that time the number of the my friends who have owned and loved a Dyson has increased. Never have I seen such a loyal group of people when it comes to a piece of cleaning equipment. I have not heard one negative thing about a Dyson so I bought one myself. The DC25 is the single best vaccum I have ever used. My last vaccum often left things behind in my carpet and that meant I had to take out the other tools and get...

This vacuum was fun to use (sold it off as used), but was no cleaning miracle. It has incredible suction through the hose but loses a lot when using the roller brushes on carpet. It will not pick up slighlty larger items as it just pushes them along in front. My son spilled some Nerds candy on the tile floor one day and this had a hard time getting them all. I mean, how hard is it to pick up a nerd? Doesn't clean well around the walls either, and leaves quite a gap of untouched carpet. Overall, not impressed with it .....darn. Ordered the Electrolux bagless canister and am waiting for it to arrive....

The Dyson Pet Vac is one of the best vacuum's I've ever seen for home with lots of pet hair. If you have a large shedding breed (like a golden retriever), you know how much hair can be found laying on floors, furniture, rugs, ect. in only a short time after the last cleaning. This vacuum picks up all of the hair, usually after only one pass of the vacuum. Other vacuums took several passes and still left hair on the carpets. This product also sucks up a lot of dust and dirt as well. It's bag-less so you don't have to worry about purchasing and removing the used bags when you need to empty the vacuum....

I've had this vacuum for 2 years now and it still works just like new. No loss of suction which I experienced with my last upright bagless. One of the best parts is that the hose actually has a lot of suction and extends pretty far so I don't have to haul the whole vacuum up and down the stairs. The cord is long so I only have to plug it in once for each level of my home. I often switch on the fly while it is running from bare floors to carpet to hose so the ease of use is really great. I also love the little edge brush that comes out the side so I can go along walls with it. The only annoying...
