Not as great as I wanted it to be

We purchased the new yellow Dyson Ball Vacuum about 6 months ago and unfortunately have not been as thrilled about it as the months go on. At first we thought it was the most amazing thing, but the longer we have it the more we realize it really doesn't suction well. We have already had to take it to be fixed once, b/c as things get stuck it stops working until someone takes it apart for you. The bagless feature is nice, but if it doesn't work well for two single people without pets or much dirt in their house I'm not sure how a typical user would feel about the product. I was very wary at first but after using this vaccuum for 1 year every other day. I have 4 cats & an Australian Sheperd. I am a believer. I have lost count of the people i have told about this amazing product.
