Dyson DC 10 Animal Vacuum
This is the best vacuum we have ever owned. My husband and I have three cats and were looking for a vacuum cleaner that could handle all the fur that gets embedded into the carpet. After going through two other vacuum cleaners in three years, we started to consider the Dyson, specifically the model that emphasized pet hair cleaning. We started to seriously think about buying a Dyson, but were concerned about the higher price compared to other vacuum cleaners. We waited until we had a little extra money, and there happened to be a deal at a local store - if we bought the vacuum we received a $100...
review »Dyson DC-07 All Floors Vacuum
The Dyson DC-07 All Floors is one of the older models (the original yellow one), but it's great. It has a bare floors setting for hardwood, tile, and linoleum and a carpet setting for carpet. The telescoping wand is great for cleaning up high, down low, or in crevices!
One slightl disadvantage is that you are not supposed to vacuum very fine powders like a carpet deodorizing powder or flower with this vacuum, if you accidentally do--be sure to wash the blue filter and the white filter (see your instruction booklet or call their toll-free help, which is awesome!) and let it fully dry. You...
review »Dyson Animal DC17 All Floor Vacuum
I work at a small company and we recently needed a new vacuum. My coworker was dying to get a Dyson, so we decided to get one. It was more expensive than the boss wanted to pay, but since we heard nothing but good reviews he figured it was worth the investment. Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. I will admit the business does get plenty of foot traffic, so vacuuming every night it needed to pick up a lot of dirt. But even so, after the first month it did not pick up as much, and now about 6 months later it hardly picks up anything at all. It is not very powerful and...
review »Dyson DC15 Animal Vacuum
I love the Dyson vacuum cleaners. When I purchased my Dyson, I had 6 cats and they was hair all over my house. I had another bran vacuum cleaner for 2 years and it broke and wouldn't suck up anything. The bags were a mess and it was hard to handle.
So I sprung for a Dyson. I have now had it for 5 years and it's still going strong just like the day that I bought it. It is easy to use and take apart if there is a problem with something getting clogged in it. You can also clean up an entire flight of stairs while the heavy base unit is on the bottom level which is easy on the stairs, the...
review »Dyson C07 Vacuum
I bought the yellow C07 Dyson Vacuum. It's bag-less which is a nice thing to have. To empty the vacuum is pretty easy and doesn't make a huge mess like some others I have had. The vacuum picks up a lot of dirt but still leaves a lot of hair and dirt left behind from my long haired dachshunds. I had always heard of how good the suction is on this thing and the suction is just not that good. I feel I could have bought a better vacuum at a much better price. Another thing is the smell. When I vacuum with the C07 Dyson it puts out a weird smell. I have totally cleaned everything on...
review »Dyson Roller Ball Vacuum
I was very wary at first but after using this vaccuum for 1 year every other day. I have 4 cats & an Australian Sheperd. I am a believer. I have lost count of the people i have told about this amazing product.
Dyson DC Canister Vacuum
I hate this vacuum with a passion, it's ungainly, awkward and noisy! You don't need a degree to work it but it's not user friendly. The hose collapses during use and the scream it produces is of a frequency that will punch a hole in your ear drum!
For this kind of money, buy a Miele! It's suction is fantastic, its' easy to use, light weight and best of all, it's quiet enough to talk over.
Dyson Vacuum - DC18 - Slim All Floor
She's a pricey little piece of machinery, but she's worth every penny. We have two dogs and a mix of hardwood floors and carpeting and I have to say this vacuum stands up to each surface without any problems. Not even the dog hair and dirt dragged in stands a chance.
I've compared it against other vacuums that I've had in the past, and there really just isn't a comparison. The only real downfall, other than that hefty price tag, is that it's a slightly cumbersome on stairs. The hose and stair attachment are a little bit awkward to wield. I've tried starting at the top and starting at the bottom...
review »Dyson Dyson Hand held vacuum Vacuum
I believe the entire Dyson vacuum line is great! Although I don't personally own the large sized vacuum, we did purchase the hand-held vacuum for everyday spills and messes around the house.
Many of you probably have heard of the Dyson vacuums - yes, they are quite costly, but they work. I have friends who own Dyson vacuums and they would not go back to any other vacuum.
The Dyson hand-held vacuum is great for around-the-house use, for your car, boat, anywhere you need the convenience of a hand-held vacuum instead of an upright vacuum. Although the Dyson hand-held vacuum is a bit heavy and loud, I...
review »Dyson dc25 Vacuum
We were going to buy the DC07, but decided the DC25 was worth the upgrade....boy, were we right!!!
The main clencher is the ease of using the attachment tools, with the DC25, you just extend the telescoping pole, and, voila! you're ready to go!{the DC07 requires plugging/unplugging to use the attachment tools} I found myself attacking every corner and groove with specks of dirt/cobwebs in it (LOVE this thing for cleaning the ac intake grates and the fins of our air filters!)...most of them without ever having to bend over.
Of course there is the fantastic suction, but then, you expect that from...
Dyson DC25 Animal Vacuum
I love my Dyson Animal Vacuum! I never have a loss of suction and that says a lot because we have 4 kids, 2 dogs and other small animals that we clean up after. My daughter and I have long hair so every so often I do flip it over and clean off the roller brushes on the bottom, but I have had to do that with any vacuum we owned. It came with a hard floor attachment, a brush attachment and crevice tool. We use them all! My only complaints would be that the hard floor tool does not attach to the vacuum when not in use and because we are always vacuuming up lots of people and dog hair that sometimes...
review »Dyson DC 25 Animal The Ball Vacuum
After years of struggling with a subpar vacuum (we won't mention names, Dirt Devil) our household finally decided to spend the big bucks for a quality vacuum. The one that got our attention was the DC25 Animal from Dyson that moves on a ball. Since we use the original Dyson vacuum in our secondary houshold and we've been extremely pleased with the product, we bought the DC25 sight unseen from an online distributor. Upon receipt, after assembling (not very complicated), we immediately utilized the product. DC25, you had me at hello! This thing is lightweight, moves without effort, can get under...
