Nothing will beat a Dyson in my opinion. I've used Hoover, Bissell, and Dirt Devil, and they don't even compare to my Dyson. It's lightweight and versatile, a perfect vacuum for people with different types of floors in their house. Maneuverability I love how I can maneuver this vacuum into tight spots without worrying about breaking it. It came with a tool to hook to the hose so you can slide it under the couch, so no more moving the couch to get underneath clean! Ease of Maintenance As a mother of a two year old, I'm always vacuuming. I use it at least once a day, if not more. The filters on this have to be dried for at least 24 hours, and it actually took 36 hours for it to dry this last time. It killed me to be without my good vacuum for so long. I think the more you use it, the dirtier the filters get and the longer it takes for them to dry completely. Emptying the canister however is a breeze, and I don't need to tip the canister over, just the push of a button and it empties. Much better than the Bissell we have at work. Suction Performance I do not have any complaints at all, it actually has such good suction that it can get stuck to the floor in my kitchen in two areas. Now THAT is suction! Versatility As I said earlier, this vacuum is amazing because it doesn't matter what kind of floor you have, it tackles it all. I can use it in the living room on the carpet, and with the push of a button, I can move it to the linoleum in the kitchen without a fuss. Design The special edition Blueprint is awesome. I love how simple it is. It's white with purple and blue, and I think this is perfect. Durability We have had the Dyson since 2008, and haven't had any issues with it. As long as you are cleaning the filters and emptying the canister when needed, there shouldn't be any issues. I cannot count the number of times I've accidentally shoved it too hard against a wall or a bed leg, and you can't tell. I've banged the vacuum at work against a wall once or twice, and you can see the scuff marks. I'd say the durability is A+!

I love how it is pretty easy to push, though we have some problems maneuvering it on our carpet and have troubles with the hoses scraping under cabinets and such. I also don't like how the back hose (for getting in those tight corners, etc) does not stretch very well so I end up having the vacuum fall over when I stretch it out just a tad too far. I wish the handle was a bit easier to work with for getting in those nooks and crannies. Besides that, I love this Dyson's suction power and ease of emptying, I love that it is lightweight, and I love that it is easier to move around than other vacuum cleaners because it doesn't hurt my wrists as much. Maneuverability It gets stuck up here and there when trying to maneuver it, but overall it is a lot better than other vacuums. Ease of Maintenance You have to pull alot apart to clean it, but it is fairly simple once you get used to it. Suction Performance While I still can't get as much to suck up as with some of the bigger vacuums, they also do not have the maneuverability of the Dyson so for what it is it has great suction. Versatility You can pull out the handle and vacuum your floors, but that is about it. I wish I had more attachments for it to use for different things. Design It looks great, but some of the hoses scrape and apparently that happens frequently with this model so they will replace them. Durability This vacuum is very durable minus the hoses that are poorly places so they scrape.

I love this vacuum. The pros really outweigh the cons. I have two cats and it picks up everything. I was shocked when I first used it how much it picked up. It was pretty disgusting, to witness, actually. I like how it works on both hardwood and carpeted floors. It's also helped during a renovation because it doesn't spit the dirty air out, it filters it. It's super easy to empty too, just hold it over a trash can. Yes, it is dusty when it opens, but if you hold it towards the bottom of the can, it won't be as bothersome. That being said, there are some caveats with the Dyson DC24 Blueprint Vacuum. I find that the beater bar gets VERY twisted up with hair. Every once in awhile, I have to get on the ground with scissors and snip out the hair that has wrapped around it. There is also a part that gets hair but it's under the belt, so you have to move it without messing the machine up. If you do though, it's not that difficult to put back together.

I got this vacuum because I was getting extremely frustrated with all the pet hair in my house. My other vacuum was not getting it out of my area rugs at all. I brought home my dyson and it made my rugs looks new on the first pass. I can't tell you how much less time I spend vacuuming. Love it!

Its very good home supporter. It sucks everything and does vaccum very good. I love it all. This is the best i saw till date. It has got good filtering on it. It runs well for many years. It has got good durablility on it. This is overall a good one to buy. There is all worth for price   It will be a good choice to buy.

The Dyson Ball is a compact and light weight vacuum.  Its unique ball feature allows the vacuum to turn and maneuver across the floor without having to be pushed in a perfect straight line.  It follows you and lets you lead for a change!  It is able to reach tight spots where other vacuums are too wide.  The Dyson glides along the floor while picking up anything in its path including the dust build up you can't see.  It is light and easy enough for young children to use, so go ahead and put them to work.  The bag-less feature is perfect for quick and easy cleaning.  The design of the DC 4 Blueprint is so simple and efficient.  Its handle pulls out to become the hose extension for the tight corners, and collapses down for an easy to store fit.  The brush is perfect for cleaning the furniture and in the cracks of the couch cushion's.  There are no filters to buy for continued use which enables you to save money in the long run, and who doesn't like to save money.
