A Powerful, User-Friendly Cleaning Machine

I love this vacuum cleaner. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are inside animals! I have an area rug, linoleum, laminate flooring and wall to wall carpet in my home. This mighty machine cleans them all well. I love the convenience of the button to raise and lower the beater bar when traveling from carpet ot laminate or linoleum. As I tell family & friends, I got a great new skinny addition. And it really sucks!!!!! So many ran over to see my latest toy & see who wins the previous one. since I do give them to whomever I feel really needs it. Sp letter carrier got the DC14 All could not believe how light this was. Easy to carry up 14 stairs & not pant away. — Come through my door & watch me bowl with my vacuum. I purchased the Dyson DC18 after just getting so tired of my lower cost vacuums that were very noisy and did not work very well. I did not expect to make this purchase because of the high price but at the store I was able to try several vacuums and this was the best by far. It is extremely easy to use and handles very well. I have both hardwood and carpet in my home and I love that it is able to switch the brush on and off at a touch of a button. It works great for picking up pet hair on both the hardware and carpet. After several years of using the original Dyson in the UK, I was thrilled to be able to finally get my new Dyson in the US, as I now live in Florida. I have mostly Hardwood and Tile floor, with carpet in the bedrooms and lounge. I initially bought the Dyson Stowaway, but found it very heavy and cumbersome.After using DC18 for the first time today, you would think I had never cleaned before. It even passed the tool test, cleaning my patio door tracks to perfection! I love the Dyson slim

I have had my dyson for about 4 months now, and I am crazy about it. It has not clogged, yet, although I have been warned about it. It seems easy to unclog, though. It is pretty gross to see what comes off of my floor ever couple of days. I rotate this with my roomba. We have 2 dogs and my floors have to be cleaned each day. This vacuum sucks, and I don't mean that in a bad way I mean it has good suction power, better then any of the vacuums that I have ever bought. I vacuumed with an old vacuum and steamed clean my carpets and then used the dyson and it still picked up more then both of them combined. I wouldn't ever go back to anything else. I have had my dyson for a while now, and I wouldn't trade it for any other vacuume. I love it! I have two small kids and two cats and it cleans up after them all with such ease. I love all the different attatchements it comes with, makes cleaing cat hair off the furniture so much easier and getting all the nooks and crannies clean too.
