I never knew that vacuums were not created equally.
I opened it up for the first time, put the vacuum together and clean has never been the same.
We don't have pets, but we have hardwood floors that collect dust like nobody's business. I love this vacuum for it's suction, I don't have to go over things twice, once over and everything is clean. I can see the fine dust particles and I know that I'm done.
It is a pricey item, but if you have lots of pets or go thru vacuums left and right, this vacuum will be your last. It is heavy and if you have several floors, you might want to go for their newest item, the Dyson Slim vacuum.
