It does weigh more than an Oreck, but it's not heavy. On board attachments and a long cord make stairs easy to clean. Even though I don't have an "animal" model, this thing picks up all the animal hair easily and we have a dog and cat that shed a lot! I love the ball! I can get in places so much easier than with a traditional vacuum. I use it daily and I'm still amazed at how much is in the canister when I empty it. Maneuverability So easy to get around! Ease of Maintenance East to clean and never had a problem with it. Suction Performance Picks up pet hair easily. Versatility Use where ever you need it! Design Looks very nice and everything is placed within reach. Durability I've had it for over 5 years and never had a problem with it.
