Even without pets, I have long hair and have always had a problem with it getting into my carpets and clogging up my vacuum.  So after my last vacuum died, I asked around and everyone recommended the Dyson.  I checked it out and it's not cheap, but I'd rather pay more for something that's going to last than having to replace it constantly. 

This vacuum is great!  It maneuvers so easily and gets my carpets cleaner than any other vacuum I've ever used!  And it comes with a ton of different attachments.  I love that I can do my stairs without having to heave the entire thing up and down them.  When we got new carpets, it got all the pills right up on one sweep.

It's so easy to empty and clean!  Just push a button to detach the canister fro the unit, take it to the garbage can and press another to empty.  Bo bags, no muss, no fuss!  And the air filter's washable.

The Dyson 15 Animal is worth every penny!
