Pros

    It Really SUCKS!, less allergies, Easy to use, It's amazing to see what picks up, Vacuums well

Cons
    Can't reach under low cabinets easily, The hose doesn't expand easily

My In-laws bought this for me as a gift and I love it! This vacuum does the job! My son suffers from allergies to dust among other things. This means that I have to vacuum frequently. The suction is amazing and the amount of "stuff" that you empty once you are done is absolutley surprising. I use all of the attchments and I even use it to vacuum out my minivan about once a week! I have only had one time where the vacuum was clogged and I called Dyson right away. They were able to walk me through the easy steps of dislodging the clog and it went right back to doing it's amazing job. The only draw back is that the hose, although longer than most, does not extend that easily. I have a 2 level staircase and it does not go around the bend very well. Other than that, I love it!
