Dyson Ball - DC15 Vacuum Review

DC 15 The Ball Not only is every positive comment already posted TRUE, but mine fell out of the car on the hard cement and I cracked and broke the wand cover.  This is a little flap or cap that covers the telescoping wand extension.  I called the Dyson service number to ask where I could take it locally to have it repaired.  After a couple minutes researching my model, the customer service rep said she was mailing the replacement piece to me for free as a good will gesture.  I never expected to even have the part shipped out, let alone for NO cost.  When you buy a Dyson you not only buy quality, you buy quality customer service!
