I have this money waster and had it repaired 1 year after I bought the 500 dollar dog. the repair cost mee120 and less than 1 year later the same thing broke on it the clutch or transmission or something like that. I called Dyson emailed them and all they said was it didn't loose suction did it? Some customer service I don't need and address for a repair store I already know where to take it I wanted them to comp the cost after all it did break twice in 2 years and it does cost 500 bucks I thought this was the LAST vacuum I was going to ever have to buy! Not so I had to scrap together more cash and bought a Dirt devil its loud as all heck but it actually has Better suction than the Dyson  SO SAVE YOUR MONEY and get something else
