I do agree that Lip Venom does sting...but in my opinion it's worth it! I love the way it feels and looks on my lips, and the sting means it's working! I have been a fan of Du Wop Lip Venom now for many years. When it first came out I was extremely skeptical, as I had tried other lip plumpers, and they either stung my lips, to the point of having to wipe the product off, or they didn't work at all.

Lip Venom is just perfect! I have regular sized lips, but always wanted a little more oomph to them. A friend of mine turned me onto the product, and my lips haven't been the same since then! :) Not only is the original fabulous, but they also have a milder Lip Venom, which I like to use for the day time, because it doesn't proide such...

Several years back I dated someone who really liked Lip Venom...for himself. I had never heard of a male wearing lip gloss but he swore that Lip Venom was amazing. We broke up and I found myself in a Sephora one day. I purchased the Lip Venom while wincing at the almost 20 dollar price tag. I've never paid that much for lip product before, but I don't regret this purchase! Lip Venom is great. I love the spicy tingle on my lips. Lip Venom is usually a love or hate among my friends. I love the slight sting. People with sensitive skin may want to beware since the stinging is actually a slight allergic reaction which plumps your lips as a result from the swelling. I love the shine and how sexy you feel wearing it. My only complaint is the price. You get this tiny little tube for $16..and that it feels highly addictive to keep putting it on doesnt help. I have tried so many lip plumpers that don't work that I started this one with no faith. But it's absolutely amazing. It noticely plumped my lips without irritation and the sting wasn't bad at all. You definitely feel it, but for me it didn't hurt. It has a spicy peppermint scent that's very yummy and it's extremely shiny and not sticky at all. The tube is very small but it lasts a while - and I apply it every twenty minutes, usually. It also smoothed my lips better than chapstick does. Definitely my favorite lip product!

I might swim through a pool of sharks to get this product. I am constantly looking for the best price on this product as I am addicted. Some of the shops on amazon offer this product at a fairly good rate. Although it is still overpriced I am willing to pay the extra to have my lips buzzing with this great product. I first tried this product as a sample and after that I was hooked, line and sinker. I will continue to use this product and recommend it to all.

I think that lip venom has nice shine and a deliciously tingly cinnamon flavor, yet is a little too strong. I found that it stings a bit. you definitely wouldnt want to put it on your lips if you have peeling or chapped lips. The it would burn. It pLumps and looks luscious on my lips, nice and shiny and full. I wished the fullness would last longer. Nice product and tastes like a cinnamon red hot fireball. yum.

This is not a bad product, but it is not great either. I thought it dried out my lips a little. It does have a bit of a sting, but nothing that hurt me. I love how shiney it is, however I don't know that it does much to plump and the small effects I see do not last long. I will continue to use it while I am on my search for the perfect lip plumper.

I like this product but it has to be reapplied very frequently. It is small and you can go through it very quickly. I do like how shiny it is but am not sure it "plump" my lips too much. I kind of like the way it feels on my lips. I will buy again.

The first time I used this lip gloss, it stung a bit. Now after using it for a while now, it doesn't sting that much. This does make my lips look poutty and it does bring out the natural pinkish color of my lips. All in all, not a bad product for the price.
