Duracell - NiMH Battery Carger Review

This product was bought at a Coles Supermarket in Australia on the 1st use it exploded causing the battery to be ejected and burn marks on the plastic of the unit.

  I tried to contact Duracell at www.duracell.com.au by email but they don't take any contact with mere mortals.  I was redirected to Gillette which then sent me to Proctor and Gamble who refused my email due to the fact (as it appeared to me) that I was not in the USA.

Awesome Customer Support guys what a great statement for your customers just ship them around until they give up!   So sorry the rest of the world appears to not exist to you!

Guess what will not be buying any future Duracell products.  Wonder why?
