With everyone trying to save money on everything from groceries to utilities why not start using a crock pot?  Not only is this one easy to use it has wonderful features.  It is programmable you can set any time on either setting.  Then once your food is finished cooking it will switch to the warm setting.  I have made everything from breakfast to dessert in it with everything in between.  It has a tight fitting lid that really helps with stew and roasts.  Chicken comes out so tender just falling off the bone.  I even made a carrot cake in this slow cooker and it turned out very good.  We have taken this along in our camper in the summer and are able to have great meals on the road.  Beats take out or the normal hot dogs while camping.  I have also made candy in it and it keeps the melted chocolate at the perfect temperature for the holiday goodies.  I highly recommend this appliance to all...including men.
