Where do I begin. I had a DD card. I pass 3 locations, all owned by same person, on my way to work. Out of 25-30 visits a month 10 were wrong. How difficult is a coffee with no sugar and cream. I revised the way I ordered it thinking they may finally get it. ex. coffee just cream, coffee cream, no sugar, coffee cream on side (got no cream, sugar on side) WRONG!! The last straw was I ordered a bagel, plain, I was to the point where I stated, PLAIN bagel, NOTHING on it, NOT Toasted, JUST throw it in a bag. Well that day I pulled away and there was butter on it. By the way WHO puts a slab of cheap butter on a bagel anyway?. I went back and I had paid with my DD card. The woman told me she could not refund my 70 cent different on the plain bagel. Not on my card or in cash. I just left as I was in a rush fo work. I called the 800 number on the card and asked them if this was some new form of extortion. They refunded my money on the card, gave me a 5.00 credit and I told them it didn't matter because I was done with them. I gave my card away, cancelled my autocharge and have not been back since that day in August.
