    coffee weak, language barrier at most locations, no concern for the customer, Unbelievably rude staff

Dunkin' Donuts — 

A couple of glaring reasons I say not so good. 1. almost all locations staff doesn't listen, often get orders wrong, and don't seem to care  .2. total lack of consistancy latte ordered today in one store may be delicious ordered tomorrow in the same or another store too horrible to even drink.
