Pros

Cheaper than StarBucks, they fix it the way you like it, fast moving drive thru

Cons

cream cheese not on bagel when asked, not always hot

Dunkin Donuts coffee —

I'm at Dunkin Donuts almost everyday. I get a medium hot coffee extra cream extra sugar and a bagel with cream cheese. I ask for the cream cheese to be on the bagel because I like it to be soft and melty. Sometimes when I asked for it to be on it, they dont put on. And what gets me is that they say it back to you when they confirm the order! When I get to the window I always say "can you make sure the cream cheese is on the bagel?" But other than that I can't complain. The coffee is good and its at a good price.

I agree with you that the coffee tastes great. It has a nice,smooth flavor and blend. And the prices are reasonable. The coffee and the prices are better than Starbucks, a place I really don't enjoy getting coffee from.
