Duncan Hines White Cake Mix Reviews

This cake mix is so versitile.  Not only is it a wonderful mix in itself, being light, good textured, tasty and easy to assemble, but it it can also be used in other recipies.  I have tried it in cookies, pastries, and other non-cake desserts and have been well pleased.  As far as making it into a cake, I find the directions on the eggs to work very well.  You can add either whole eggs or egg whites.  Even using powdered egg whites works well, but I found that raises better if you only use half powder and half egg… read full review »
