I got some Dtox foot patches as a gift. I wish my friend hadn't spent the money on them! They're hyped as some cleansing product that will give you more energy and improve sore joints. It's total rubbish. I'm a skeptic, but I figured I'd give them a go. I put a set on my feet before I went to sleep. When I woke up, there was clearly some nasty stuff on the patch, but I didn't feel any different, except my feet felt pruny from having the patches on them all night.
It turns out I'd also accidentally left another patch on the counter in the bathroom overnight, and it had the same greenish color as the worn patches! I can only guess that the moisture in the air from my husband's morning shower reacted with something in the patch. I'm calling this a hoax - if any old moisture will turn the patch green, and I don't feel any better after having worn these things, I'm pretty sure it's just a cheap color-changing trick to make you think you're getting something for your money. I won't be spending money on this junk, and I'll tell all my friends not to either.
