anyone with a modicum of mechanical engineering will know immediately the stupidity and the nonsensical claims of the makers of this product.
do not buy this. request real independent tests on the so-called reduction of the drying time or increase in softness.
if you use the balls, they will 99.99% stay in the same place among the clothes, how are they gonna softness the clothes? it's a marketting gimick. don't be a fool.
