This detergent is not cheap, but unless you are doing baby laundry all the time, it will last for a few weeks. I debated whether to buy it or not and glad we did. The Baby's clothes always come out clean and smelling good. It keeps clothes looking new. It's hypoallergenic, so I know it's not going… read full review »

I bought a HUGE bottle of this stuff and can't get rid of it fast enough.  I really don't like it.  Unless your baby has EXTREMELY sensitive skin, this stuff is a total waste.  And even if your baby DOES have EXTREMELY sensitive skin, you might be better off just buying some all… read full review »

Dreft Laundry Detergent — I love this product!  I bought it at the recommendation of a friend who just had a baby.  She said it was safe and gentle to use for infant laundry. — ......that was 2 years ago....and I am still using this product!  Here's the best part: — I use it on my clothes too!!!  It makes everything smell so gentle and soft, just like a newborn baby (the clean version, like right after they got out of the tub).  :) — I would give Dreft 5 stars, but....it costs more than regular laundry… read full review »

This product is just over priced. It doesnt even seem like it gets the laundry clean in my opinion and having to sort the baby things off by themself is just more of a hassle. After realizing that this product wasn't doing the babies anything positive, I can now just wash their clothing with ours and save some of my valuable time. If you had a baby with really sensitive skin it might be worth the money and… read full review »

Dreft detergent has been a life saver, my daughter has very sensitive skin and this detergent has done the trick. Not to mention keeps her clothing in great shape. — Pros: Great for sensitive skin, good clean smell, and keeps clothing in great condition. — Cons: Hard to find the bigger size —… read full review »

Dreft may be gentle.  A little too gentle.  It got nothing out of my son's clothes.  The first time I used it I wondered if I had forgotten to add it to the wash because everything was still stained.  We switched to another dye and fragrance free and much less expensive laundry detergent that actually works.  Don't bother with… read full review »

This is a great product for infants who have skins allergies or extremely sensitive skin.  I used it extensively with my first child due to skin irritations. The product has a very light smell.  The product is a bit expensive but for children with sensitivity to laundry products it is an excellent selection.  — This product is great for peace of mind if you are a concerned mother and are concerned with heavy perfumed products this is a great alternative.  For mothers who have children with allergies, this is a great option for laundry products.  — I… read full review »

I am here to state my review on Dreft laundry detergent. I have a two year old, and when i first had him i thought i had to use the Dreft detergent so ofcourse like most good mothers i went out and spent triple of what i spend on ym laundry detergent because i thought it's what i had to use. Two more experienced mothers i knew informed me that they use ALL clear. It has a little duckie on the bottle. I tryed it and have had no problems with it. It works great. With dreft i paid atleast double what i pay for ALL. Like many other mothers have noticed Dreft dosn't take a lot of the stains… read full review »

i was 18 years old when i had my first son.so i really didnt know anything about baby products.i did know you should wash your baby clothes before you put them on your baby.i was scared to wash his clothes and blankets before he got to use them because i know they never look the same again.thats when my mother told me about dreft.she told me that the baby clothes will still look new, they will smell good and the baby will have no dust or dirt from the store on his clothes or blankets.she was right.they looked, smelled and even felt new.still to this day me and my mother use derft to wash our… read full review »

I love this product for the reliability, smell, and overall ability to wash the clothes. I will load the machine with our baby's clothes and fill in with the rest of our laundry (9 and 5 year old boys, and a husband who does a lot of household chores). Granted we have a fabulous high end machine now, but previously (with son #1) we did not, and this product worked to get out all the baby goo. Plus, for me, having two pediatrician's suggest using this I felt more confident. Now on baby three I not only use Dreft but also the Dreft (Oxy) stain spray. The combo really does work to get out the… read full review »

We used dreft with my son and we generally liked it, it doesn't take out spit up stains and the smell is kinda powdery but otherwise great. After using it for a year I started comparison shopping and found out that all free and clear is generally the same thing. My son has a severe skin condition and I thought it would irritate him or me(it's genetic) but neither of us have a problem. It is half as exspensive as dreft and good on all your laundry not just baby. If you are only going to use dreft on baby clothes and are sparing about it, then it's a good buy but overall it's very exspensive… read full review »

I personally think that Dreft is good laundry detergent for babies.   This detergent is a little pricey, but unless you are doing baby laundry all the time, it will last for a while. I very glad that I decided to buy this instead of the other brands. The Baby's clothes always come out clean and smelling good. It keeps clothes looking new. It's good for babies that have sensitive skin, so I know it's not going to irritate my childs skin.  I would recommend this detergent to any new mom. Also You can get the big bottle in the price club or bj's at a reasonable… read full review »

My son has super sensitive skin! Dreft laundry detergent goes a long way! A little gets all the spit-up, and formula spot's out of his clothes! Now that he is a toddler dreft gets out all those tough grass stains and such out of his clothes! I have even found that if i have a spot on my clothes i throw it in the wash with his clothes and dreft gets out the spot!! Dreft is probably the best laundry detergent to use if you have sensitive skin! My hubby get a rash if i use some of the smell good fabric softeners on his clothes so for is good clothes i have even found my self using dreft!! The… read full review »

When I was told to wash all my baby's clothes before she wore it I had no idea what detergent to buy. I had read in my baby books that you need to buy special detergent for baby's clothes because their skin is sensitive. When I went shopping at babies'r'us I saw this detergent and I bought it. It was pricey but I thought it's better to buy it then to regret it later. So far it has been a great buy. We have found other places to buy it much cheaper. Target tends to have it on sale a lot. Besides a bottle tends to last a long time because you don't wash baby clothes everyday. —… read full review »
