I love pasta and it is a weakness. I know the carbs in normal pasta is high which raises your blood sugar. I have tried a selection of whole grain and wheat pastas too, but I didn't like the texture. I made a pasta dish a few weeks ago and I the whole grain pasta felt like plastic. My husband asked if I cooked it all the way. Yeppers. It was a bummer. I love to eat pasta and I love that Dreamfields pasta varieties are made with wheat flour so they are lower in carbohydrates and still have a lot of flavor to taste great. Dreamfields has only 5 grams of digestible carbohydrates which keeps your glycemic index low and helps maintain your healthy diet. The pasta is low in fat with only about 1 gram per serving and clocks in at only 190 calories.
