carnivore, keep quick fix dishes on hand, a pasta lover, a low carb cook
I have always relied on low carb diets to control my weight. In fact, the entire Xeno clan follows a relatively low carb eating regimen. Oh sure, we had a mild flirtation with low fat diets a while back, but they weren't very satisfying and believe it or not they wreaked havoc with my tryglyceride and cholesterol levels. — For us, lean meats (well sometimes not so lean), poultry, fish and high fiber vegetables do the trick. So what's the problem? — The Problem — The problem, simply put is that the Xenos are Pasta Eating Fools! I mean we really love…

a low carb cook, a pasta lover, into trying new things, a carb addict
All the Dreamfields pastas are incredible. A little more "chewy" than regular pasta but anyone on a low carb diet would gladly make that trade. Great with any kind of sauce or butter and garlic. Cooks just like regular pasta and can be used in any recipe that calls for pasta. —…

happy cook, a woman, like quick foods, practical, health conscious, sale watcher, into trying new things, a pasta lover
Dreamfields has saved my life!!! I've been on Atkins for 5 years. For 3 of those years, I lived without alot of things, because substitutes weren't invented yet. I loved pasta before low carbing so when Dreamfields came out, I was skeptical but willing to try it. Boy was I glad I did. Not only does it taste just like regular pasta, but it gave me back my favorite food, without the guilt. — I have lost 90 pounds and have kept it off for the past 2 years. I enjoy Dreamfields linguine with either clam sauce or shrimp scampi about once a month and it feels like I'm cheating, but I'm not.…

a pasta lover, willing to invest
I have migraines and my neurologist suggests I cut down on white products such as potatoes, rice, and pasta. Being Italian I love pasta. When I found Dreamfields I was in heaven. It is quite pricey but its worth every penny. My husband does not even know the difference when I make it. Its one of the only pastas we buy now. We have not had much of a problem finding it and you can get in online at Netrition. I did buy quite a few when Hannafords was closing it out for .99 each. Shaws and Price Chopper in the Northeast still carries it. They have all the basics Lasagna, ziti, spaghetti and…

budget conscious, willing to invest, a person who enjoys quality, a low carb cook, impressed with this product, all for easy dinners, practical, healthier alternatives
It tastes exactly like "real" pasta because it is. I do not pretend to understand the science behind the processing of this product. I just know they are spot on! I am a true carb-a-holic Italian. I also have to watch my carb intake for health reasons. I have tried every "healthy" pasta out there. This is the best on the market, BAR NONE. It is well worth the the price and the effort to find local retailers. (FYI: Many retailers will carry an item if you request it). …

a pasta lover, a person who enjoys quality, impressed with this product
This product and all Dreamfields pasta products taste identical to regular pasta and the benefits are enormous! It allows the pasta lover to still enjoy pasta without all the "bad" carbs. — The major drawback of this product is its cost. Typically, it is over $2.00 per pound, roughly double what you can get conventional pasta for. However, I usually watch for sales and in the end, if it makes you healthy, then it is surely worth the extra expense. —…
