At anytime I can reach Dr. Sue with any problem that I have with my furry family.  I've never had this experience with any other hospital.  She is very thorough and expresses my pet's problems in a way where I can understand.  There is always a sucess with every visit.

I won't take my pets to anyone except Dr. Sue at TLC First Animal Hospital.  She is amazing and has been treating our family pets for more than 8 years.  Excellent bedside manner and a very talented vet, providing full range of services for general to critical care.  Also specializes in exotic pet care and is the paws down choice of our bunnies!    The new hospital is in an excellent location, lots of parking, and has every onsight service necessary to treat every condition.  Don't look any further to find a wonderful vet that will treat your pets with as much love and care as you hope...

My partner and I have been following Dr Susan since her days at Meisner and Holly clinic in Rogers Park.  We have recommender her to many of our friends.  I was so very excited this year when she opened her own vetrinary clinic, TLC.  The name says it all, TLC, tender loving care.  KUDOS for the past years of service for our "boys", Buster and Dillon.

She is great for critters (my bunnies and dwarf hamsters). She has done surgeries on several of my dwarf hamsters that are only 2 1/2 inches big. She loves all animals and knows how to handle them - she can hold a squirming dwarf hammie still to cut his nails - amazing!
