Quick Answer. Use them! I have gone to my fair share of Dentists and 10 years ago, when I stumbled upon Big City Dental in Wrigleyville, I didn't know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised to have found a dentist that I have such compatibility with (and now travel more than 40 minutes to go see!). The doctors are high quality and the service is top notch.

What I like about Big City Dental: The Doctor and his staff (Dr. Steven Kalensky) have so many qualities that I value: professionalism (call to confirm appoints), on-time visits (I don't think I have ever waited more than 2 minutes once I arrived), commitment to perfection (use the highest standards for performance), personal touch (know you buy name, remember things about you!), reasonable rates (don't cost any more than others), comfortable atmosphere (lobby that is well decorated and painted in a light lilac color exuding soothing and safe environment) as well as a commitment to trying new technologies and approaches. I couldn't recommend them more! They are one of a kind. They are the kind of office that once you find them, you are a lifetime patient.
Extra note: They are a full service shop. They are exceptional at basic denistry as well as cosmetic denistry. I have worked with Dr. Kalensky on everything from bonding to braces and I can honestly say he is one of the best out there. They have a patient for life and I'm pretty picky!
