Dr, Scholl's Soothing Full Cushion Massager with Heated Massaging Gel is perhaps the most thoughtful gift I have ever recieved.  I admit it - I am middle aged, overweight, and overworked. Often just need a little extra comfort and stimulation to get revivved.
