No change

2

For some reason, the Dr. Scholl's For Her Rough Skin Eraser didn't work effectively for my skin. First of all, the cream was not thick and seemed very thin. I applied this to the rough skin areas (near my foot) and sadly, there weren't any drastic change. My foot was still very rough and my heel was still cracking.

Good product!

I like to garden and also do my own home improvement projects. Whether I wear gloves or not, I get calluses. The product is great for calluses on my hands. I goes on like lotion and is not gritty. I just keep rubbing my hands together until the product is gone. You get what looks like small pieces of rolled up paper towel on your hands. That is actually the thick callused skin. If I feel that not enough callus has come off, then I wash my hands and add more and keep rubbing my hands together. You can use it on other body parts like your knees and elbows. But I mostly use it on my hands. After use, I put lotion on my hands and they feel soft and smooth. I am a female, but, I know males that use this product also and they have the same positive results that I do. Scent No scent Absorption Does not need to be absorbed. Effectiveness Very effective. My hands get callused very easily so I use this product quite often and it keeps my hands from feeling rough.

I did not see results from Dr. Scholl's For Her Rough SkinEraser

I love pedicures and frequently have them professionally done and then maintain in between. I have various pumice stones and lotions in my foot care artillery. I had a coupon for this product and decided to give it a shot. I was disappointed and a little grossed out to be honest. The idea that you don't use water was a little strange, but I followed the directions as they were listed. It seemed more like the product was balling up into pieces on my foot than anything being done to exfoliate my feet. I didn't notice them feeling any smoother when I was done either. From my experience, it seems easier to just use a basic pumice stone- easier clean up and better results. I won't be using this product in the future.

Dr. Scholl's Rough Skin Eraser is a liquid pumice stone

4

Rough, scratchy heels are not attractive on anyone. Dr. Scholl's For Her has created a liquid exfoliant that works like a pumice stone to help remove rough scaley patches on feet or hands. This product comes in a 3 oz. pink bottle, and is found by the Dr. Scholl's insoles and other products. It is a gentle product, that does not use any abrasives. You don't need any tools to apply this. You apply a small amount of the white liquid to dry, not wet skin. Then you rub and keep rubbing until the rough skin peels off. You then rinse the area. The big draw back is that this product is very messy to use. The residue leaves a mess and the chalky liquid gets all over everything, including the bottle. It does contain moisturizers so your skin feels soft and smooth. It does warn not to use on broken skin or get into your eyes. I think it does what it claims to do. It is not abrasive like a pumice stone, or those "egg" files you see in the infomercials. If you were to use it on a regular basis, you should see good results.

It doesn't work miracles - but it does work

3

I like the Skin Eraser. It doesn't work miracles - but it does work. When I first got it I expected it to work a little better than it did. I guess I expected my skin to be smooth in just  a couple of treatments. It didn't work quite that fast, but it does work. The lotion is thinner than I expected it to be. I expected it to be thick, but it is more liquid. When you use it - it starts balling up - and you just rub it off. It can be pretty messy in the process - so be sure to put a towel under your feet to catch all the stuff that comes off. It is gentle and not abrasive at all - which is probably why it takes a few times using it to notice definate results. But after using it several times, you will begin to notice a difference. I have found it to be effective for removing rough skin on my elbows, as well as my feet. In fact, I have used it more on my elbows because it is easy to use on such a small area. With my feet, I usually just do one "treatment" at a time. On my elbows - I use a little, rub it off, and use some more. It doesn't work quite as well as I hoped - but it does work.

Don't waste your time or money

Going to a salon for a pedicure can be expensive and since my husband was laid off earlier this year I figured I could handle my own pedicures.  I had a coupon for this product and figured it was worth a try.  It was not inexpensive but hey if it worked it would save me tons of money at the salon right?  WRONG!  The product promises to "magically exfoliate your rough dry skin" and also to moisturize the newly exposed skin.  I figured my callouses would magically fall off when I used it.  It promised dramatic results but I saw none.  I used the product exactly as directed and wondered what I was doing wrong.  I did not see any skin peeling off my feet as the bottle said that it would.  I wore gloves on my hands as I was concerned about what it would do to my hands given what it was supossed to do to my feet.  I saw no results with this product.  I did get a good laugh out of it but that is about it. I would not recommend wasting your money on this product.  It simply does not work.  I will be throwing away my bottle.
