DDP - Diet Dr. Pepper is the absolute best.  Diet and the regular Dr. Pepper taste the same, so why not drink the diet one!  The taste is awesome and not overpowering.  After a month of not being on sodas (because of being on a diet and only drinking water), it is SO great to come back to DDP!
