Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Baby Bottle Review

This is review is about Dr. Brown's baby bottles. My daughter had her first baby in February of 2008. She purchased a wide variety of baby bottle types while she was pregnant and decided to use the brand that herbaby was going to be comfortable with. After her son was born, she tried each of the multi[ple brands and the baby attached himself to the Dr. Brown's bottles. In addition, she tried to breastfeed but was not successful. The baby did suffer from gas problems as well and the Doctor Brown's bottles did minimize the gas issues. These bottles seem to be very helpful in preventing and contolling baby's gas but they are difficult to take care of. In addition to the bottle itself there are 4 other parts in the assembly of the bottle. If you don't have all the parts or put the bottle together incorrectly, the bottle will leak. It is also difficult to wash the parts since they have areas that can only be cleaned with the tiny bottle brush that comes with the bottles. It is also hard to read the number on the nipple which indicates what stage the nipple is. These bottles are great but the parts, assembly and cleaning time consuming, especially when one has a newborn. I sit with my grandson everyday and have experience with the Dr. Brown's bottles.
