When my second child was born and we had to supplement with formula I figured we would buy the same bottles we used for my daughter, the playtex natural shape. So much for that idea! The saying stands true no two kids are alike! My son had a hard time with the shape of the nipple and would drool out alot of what he was trying to drink in. My son was also extremly gassy and seemed to be uncomfortable most of the time. Finally we tried the Dr. Browns bottles. It made a noticable differance. He immediatly seemed to enjoy drinking out of them more than the other bottles, it didn't leak, he became less gassy, and burped less often. He became a happier baby. I would recomend these bottles all the way. There are extra parts but I don't mind having to clean them, my son is worth it.
