When I first found out that I was pregnant, I was unsure about what bottles to use, which would be the best for my new baby. I had heard of many different kinds of bottles. I did extensive research on bottles. I asked many new and older moms. I decided to go with Dr. Brown's bottles. That was the BEST choice of a bottle for me and my son. My son had extreme colic and gas. The first question out of the doctors mouth was "What bottles do you use?" When I said Dr. Brown's, she said good, those are the best. They help with colic, gas and spit-up. They cut down on the air that the baby takes in when eating from the bottle. The cleanup is not as easy as a regular bottle, but well worth the effects that it will have on your baby. You have a couple extra peices that divert the air from the nipple. I do not suggest leaving a bottle with formula or milk sitting in it. The longer the formula or milk sits in the bottle and on the extra peices, the harder it is to clean.
