Pros

    normal nipple, reduce gas & burps, super quality, All parts are dishwasher safe, Several styles and sizes to choose from, gas reducer, no air in the bottle, durable, come in various sizes

Cons
    need special brush, expensive for bottles, can leak during transporting, Can leak if not held upright, challenge to clean, hard to clean, A few extra parts, A little more costly, but worth it, a little tough to clean

I love these bottles!  They are expensive, but worth the cost.  My son NEVER had any issues with gas.    These bottles are difficult to clean, but also worth it in my opinion.  My Dr. reccomended I use these bottles becuase my son had problems with reflux and gas.  The Dr. Brown's bottles made a huge difference!  Thanks, Dr. Brown, whoever you are!
