I was a little skeptical at first due to the price and number of pieces. But I found some on sale and decided to give them a try. I was already using a brand that was speficly for gas and spit up but saw an improvement still with these. The smaller 4 0z size was perfect for his little hands to hold by himself and it really cut down on his discomfort with eating. Now he is older and we use both of the brands I stared with and he is doing great. I love the fact that they are BPA free so I don't have to worry about negative toxins going into his body. I also love the fact that they come with thier...

When I first started shopping for bottles I was looking at all the bottles that say they reduce colic. The only bottle that I found that would explain how it does is the Dr. Brown bottles. I love them. They have helped with gas. I wish the cleaning was a little easier. It isn't hard to clean them just really time consuming. That is the only downfall to the bottles. It kind of sucks when it is in the middle of the night and you have to wash a bottle for a baby who is crying because they are hungry. But other then the cleaning of the parts the bottles are excellent. The flow of the bottles is perfect...

I am a mother of two and have to say I wish that someone had told me about Dr. Brown's bottles when my little girl was born. These bottles were a lifesaver with my 8-month old son. While I was pregnant I looked at so many bottles not know which was the right one for me. I knew I was going to breastfeed and I wanted a bottle that would not confuse my son. However, bottle I chose to use caused him to spit up  (I mean I would be covered and it was only me my husband must have had a anti-spit up sheild..lol). Then my girlfriend told me about Dr. Brown's bottles she used them for her son and LOVED...

My husband and I had our first child back in May.  We only ever used the Doctor Brown bottles. Our daughter loved them. She needed minimum burping after she sucked down her bottle which is really nice because I have heard a lot of my friends and family members complaining about always having to stop and burp and deal with spit up. Our daughter never really ever spit up i only think she spit up maybe once or twice since she was born. She is rarely ever fussy, cranky, or gasy. And I think it may be because of the bottles we use.  Only thing i will say that i didn't care for about the bottles is...

My baby loves the Dr. Brown bottles. Unlike the "cheaper" brand bottles, the nipples on the Dr. Brown bottles do not cave in when he is sucking on the bottle. Because of the straw looking thing that goes inside the bottle the nipple never sucks in. What I don't like about them is all of the little peices I have to clean all the time. My baby drinks alot of bottles so I have clean them alot. The peices have little holes you have to get into and I dont have a dish washer so I spend alot of time cleaning. Buts it better than spending alot of time fixing a nipple while my baby is trying to drink.

I chose these bottles as my child seemed to have a lot of gas and did not want to jump to changing my formula right away.  My child liked the bottles shape as the angled ones blocked his view a bit and he seemed to always be looking around the bottle.  The nipples were good, but my child liked the nipple from another bottle better.  So we had to choose which to use the other bottle or the Dr Browns as the other nipples did not seal on the Dr Browns bottles, so the child would end up with milk running down his face.  Overall a good product.

These bottles help to decrease gas and are a lifesaver with sizes and portablity (I can easily fit them into any side pocket in my purse. They also prop well when you need to allow the baby to drink (supervised of course) while you eat. Other types of short fat bottles I've tried do not easily fit pockets or prop well at all.

The one major downside is the many pieces you must clean and keep up with in the bottle but I think it's worth it. I also wish they made the numbers more visible on the outside of the bottle for bleary eyed night feedings.

Dr.Browns bottles are great for all babies. I have two children, and i used Dr.Browns bottles for both of them. They can be a little expensive but is well worth the cost. They are great for colicy babies, because they help the intake of air which helps reduce gas. I was recomended to use thse bottle's by a friend and it was the best advice i think i got when it comes to bottles! The bottles come with a nipple and tube cleaner that specificaly fits the bottle.if you care about your baby chose Dr.Browns baby bottles.

I hated these bottles from day one.  I tried them on the recommendation of my sister in law.  I think she was caught up in the hype at that given time.  If you ask her now, she will tell you that they all ended up in the trash.  I think they are overpriced and do not work that well.  My daughter still had large amounts of gas and spit up constently.  I would be inclined to say that it was her, but after switching to playtex nursers, the problem went away.

I used Dr. Brown's bottles with both of my sons. They came highly recommended from my child's doctor to prevent gas and choking. My oldest son choked easily with other bottles and was always gassy. I switched to Dr. Brown's and it WORKED! Granted it takes a bit to get used to cleaning the bottles since there are more parts involved, but it is well worth it! It is also well worth the money. The bottles are a little expensive compared to most, but in the end, so worth it.

When I had my son, this is the only bottle that let him and me both rest lol. This bottle is very helpful with keeping that baby from swollening alot of air. It helps with the colic and is a lifesaver. They come in glass or plastic. They also have small or big bottles and can easily find replacement nipples. They come with there own little brushes to clean the parts. Great bottles, wouldn't ever use anything else.

I loved the fact that Dr. Brown bottles prevented gas and air bubbles from affecting my babys fragil stomach. Cleaning all the pieces did become repetitive after a while and sometimes it was hard to get them really clean with out a dishwasher.
