Dr. Benjamin Fiss - Chicago, IL —

The doctor was more worried about trying to make money than being a good dentist and has no interest in listening to what his patients have to say. He tried to sell me on the higher-end night guard that he can make a profit on - when I declined and asked for a traditional model - he gave it to me but it was fitted badly (gives me headaches). When I tried to make an appointment to get it fixed - he refused. I had to go to another dentist to have it fixed. I would not recommend him because he is more focused on making profit than listening to his patients.

I totally disagree with this review of Dr. Fiss. I know for a fact that Dr. Fiss goes out of his way for his patients. When I chipped my two front teeth, I just so happen to come in a the end of the day and he stayed after hours to help me out. He was very compassionate and did not over charge me for his services in this emergency situation. So that being said, I cannot believe he refused anybody of any services as stated in the above review. Dr. Fiss is the greatest!!

Signed,

I disagree for several reasons:
-My fees are average set at usual and customary from across the country.
-The higher end Night Guard costs more because the lab fee is more, no additional profit is made and is recommended for certain patients depending on their bite.
- I have never refused to adjust or possibly even remake any appliance that did not benefit or was not comfortable to the patient.
