Downy Simple Pleasures Liquid Fabric Softener is an expensive but worth-it luxury.  Downy Simple Pleasures offers a collection of fabric softeners with essential oils causing a relaxing, refreshing, or even romantic scent experience. My family loves the way their laundry smells.  I've tried others (Snuggle, etc.) but they do not compare to the lingering scent of Downy Simple Pleasures.  Our laundry comes out super soft and fragrant.

Available in these scents: Vanilla & Lavender, Water Lily & Jasmine, Rose & Violet and Magnolia & Orange Blossom

I am pretty good at keeping to a budget, and I don't splurge very often, but this is one place where I feel like letting go and spending. The Lavender is my very favorite, and I was surprised that the scent DID linger on the clothes. Usually, those nice fragrances in softeners only last as long as it takes to fold them. I was smelling lavender on my blouses and underwear right up to the next washday. I try to look for sales, clip coupons and stock up when I can get a good deal, but even if I can't, I will buy it. It is one of the great luxuries of life I am willing to pay for.

I bought this softner simply because of the wonderful scents. However, after my first load with it, I could tell a big difference b/n the loads I washed with Downy Morning Glory  Softener & the loads that I had not used it on. The ones using Downey were much softer!!
