This is the best invention ever made!

I have been using this little thing they call the Downy Ball for years. It is so easy to use and convenient. The best part about this product is that you fill it up to the line specified while you are loading in your laundry, pull the topper up to close. Throw it in the washer and Voila'! That's it....

I have 2 homes, in one I have the newer washing machine that has a very handy liquid fabric softener dispenser right on the agitator, and at the other home I have an older model that doesn't have anything for that at all.

Definately softens my fabrics and allows them to smell fantastic

There has been times where i have forgotten fabrics that i had put into the wash. I bet i have had fabrics sitting in the wash over a day but i always find the fabrics smelling fresh. Thats because of the fabric softner. With the downy ball I just fill it and drop it in. It despenses during the rinse cycle. its great for towels!! I mean just letting the towels sit for a couple of hours result in them having a funky smell. believe me, using the downy ball helps.
