Dove Ultimate Clear Cool Essentials Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Review

Dove Clinical Protection cool essentials deodorant with moisturizers really does keep me feeling fresh and dry. Since having my last child five months ago, my body chemistry has changed. I have gone through so many different brands of deodorant in an attempt to find one that works for me. I was getting so discouraged, i even tried my husband's brand! It was working better than the brands I had been trying, but my husband said me smelling like a dude wasn't working for him! 

I had a coupon for this so I figured I would try it. The Dove clinical protection was actually a bit cheaper than a couple other brands of clinical protection. The cool essentials scent is OK. The best way I can describe it; sweet. Thankfully it is not too strong and certainly better than the glacial fresh scent I had been sporting.

Dove deodorant is applied by turning the dial at the bottom pushing the cream through little holes in the top. It goes on like a thick lotion. I like that it is not irritating. I have sensitive skin that can get irritated with shaving, and this deodorants does not exacerbate that. It goes on a little wet feeling but dries quickly. The directions say to put on at night, which is no issue for me as I was applying deodorant at night anyway.

I am very satisfied with this Dove Clinical Protection. SO far this has worked better than any other deodorant I have tried. It isn't perfect (the scent) and it doesn't keep you completely dry and fresh by the end of the day, but it works well and shouldn't irritate your skin.
