I love using for In between washes. Removes excess oil, and smell great. Only that it stays a little rough to brush out.

I love Dove hair products though I was very disappointed with this dry shampoo. My hair does not get too oily and I do not go more than 2 days without washing. This product simply is not effective in minimizing the oil in my hair. I followed the directions religiously and have tried it several times. I've tried different amounts, different angles. Even when I go overboard, the product does not seem to noticeably soak up the oil in my hair. It did leave a residue in my hair that felt uncomfortable to the touch and weighed down my roots. The scent is great; it makes my hair smell great for the whole day. I have used similarly priced dry shampoos and have found them to do their job adequately. I passed it around to several of my friends and they found it to be effective in varying degrees though most were disappointed as well. I will not be repurchasing this product as there are many drugstore options that offer better effective dry shampoos at similar prices.

This dry shampoo removes natural hair oils quite well, even after my hair is extremely greasy from numerous days of not washing. It makes it look neutral and not so slick and stringy. However it does not give any volume or bounce. My hair still looks flat and quite lifeless. This is why I only use this if I am going to the grocery store or I straighten my hair with a flat iron. I definitely would not use this if I was going to curl my hair or go for a night out. It does not keep hair styles in place. The styles are actually harder to work with because it makes my roots kind of stiff. It smells quite fresh and clean, the way a regular shampoo would. It can get white, but I do not find it to be a problem when I spray it on my hair brush, then brush it through my roots. It also works if I spray it from far away, like a foot or so. It has not worsened my dandruff at all or removed hair dye any quicker. Scent Clean

Overall this is a really great product for anyone who has super dry hair. Effectiveness I have really dry hair because I tend to flat iron it a lot more than I should. I don't shampoo my hair everyday. I do it around twice a month and use conditioner in between. I wasn't really looking for a difference but I noticed one about three or four months later. I noticed when I went to the salon and my stylist commented on what I great improvement there was in my hair. When I got home I took a nice long look at my hair and realized she was right. My hair wasn't as dry and brittle and it had a newer kind of shine to it. Not to mention it was always pretty good at knocking the dirt and grease out. Scent The scent for me was a tad bit overpowering. I mean the smell was nice but for a couple of days after my wash the smell hung everywhere. It actually got into the pillows and sheets on my bed. It was so strong that I couldn't wear perfume. When it finally died down some it was an overall pleasant scent.

This was my favorite dry shampoo until a week ago when I tried the Suave dry shampoo. Before that, however, I loved the Dove one. This product is great for people with darker hair who have to worry about the dry shampoo's white color showing up in their hair. The great thing about this product is that the powder is almost completely invisible. There have been times where I've added a ton of this product to my hair, and I never see the white powder. I have blonde hair, but my friend with nearly black hair can't see the product in her hair at all. I do have one bad thing to say about this product: it runs out SO quickly. I feel like I only got a few uses out of this product before it was empty. However, this isn't a bit deal because the product is inexpensive. Effectiveness This product is great for adding texture to freshly washed hair. It's equally fantastic for give dirty hair lift, body, and freshness.

I honestly swear by Dove Refresh and Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo. I am one of those poor unfortunate women who suffers from thin, flat, easily greasy hair types. I try to wash my hair every other day but usually by the end of the second day my hair has already grown greasy and flat. It is easy to use just shake and spray directly to roots then distribute by running your hands or a brush through your hair. This dry shampoo revitalizes my hair and makes it look and smell clean in between washes and gives it some much needed volume and body. I would definitely recommend this dry shampoo to anyone. Effectiveness Dove's Refresh and Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo is so effective in lifting my roots and giving my hair volume and making it look clean in between washes. This product is for when your hair is oily and either you do not want to wash your hair or you do not have time to do so . It absorbs the oil and makes it dry for a bit and eliminates the bad odor of your dirty hair . You just spray it on like hair spray , I recommend you brush it in and leave it alone afterwards because afterwards it could go away and make your oils come back out . The price is just right , similar to other hair sprays just depends where you go I usually get it at wal-mart or target . The bottle has lasted me around a couple months and there is no need to buy so often . Effectiveness Works just right and for the right amount of time . I wouldn't say to rely on it for everyday use because it will add up and you will get flakes like hairspray does . It dries out your oily parts and leaves it smelling right . Scent I like the scent it smells like the dove body wash . It is not a strong scent but it is enough to cover the bad smell of your dirty hair .

I researched dry shampoos online to find those with the highest reviews and this one consistently fell on top 10 lists. It was the only non-salon brand on the lists. So, I bought it, hoping to find a product that was inexpensive but also good. I'm happily impressed with how well this product works on even the oiliest of hair days. Effectiveness It's definitely effective. I wish the can came with more, as I tend to use quite a bit each time, but I'm still impressed with the quality. It doesn't leave my hair white and powdery and my hair feels fresh after using this. I don't feel like I need to use it several times each day to keep my hair from getting oily again, which is a plus. Scent I was happily impressed to realize this had a scent. It's some sort of citrus, I believe, but I think it's part of the reason my hair feels so fresh when I use it. Even if I use a lot of this, I don't find the scent to be overpowering.

I just bought this product this week and I love it! It is great for a quick touch up whenever you don't have time to wash and dry your hair. It smells fabulous too! It is reasonably priced and there are also coupons available from time to time for it. It is very easy to use, simple directions on the bottle explain clearly how to use it. I have used other brands in the past and was not very satisfied with those products. The smell of them lingered in the air for a long time afterwards. They also left a dull powdery substance on the hair, making it lose its natural look, but the Dove Refresh + Care Invigorating Dry Shampoo doesn't have this issue at all. There was no apparent residue on the hair, even before combing it through. The other products also left the hair feeling very dirty, probably due to the powdery residue left on the hair after use, even when combed multiple times. Not an issue at all with this product! I am very pleased and plan to buy it again!

Really handy when you do not have time for a full shampoo. Hair felt fresh and it gave me the pick me up I needed. I have fine hair which can and usuaklly does, flatten out in just a few hours. This product seemed to really help this situation. It smelled good and fresh also. Fooled people in thinking I had time for a full shampoo!!
