Dove Intense Damage Therapy Shampoo for Accumulated Damage —

As a bargain hunter, I couldn't pass up the Dove in the Big (Almost 40oz) pump bottle for less than $5....I also had a coupon and Dove coupons appear pretty regularly in magazines and newspapers, so I figured that if I  liked it, I could afford to get it...Another plus is that my daughter likes it and it seems to keep her pretty tangle free.   It has a definitely clean but soapy aroma to it, and it is pretty pungent even after thorough rinsing...they didn't waste any time, effort, or money on exotic flowers or fruits to scent the shampoo, and perhaps that is really a good thing.  It probably helps keep the cost reasonable.  You can find this stuff most anywhere, but I only found the big pump dispenser at Wal-Mart...The pump dispenser is great for keeping kids from spilling shampoo all over the shower and tub area, and from using half the bottle for one hair wash.  My daughter's hair is quite long and she says that 2 pumps are more than enough.  It gets hair nicely clean while still conditioning.  It is an excellent value for the money, and something the whole family will use because the scent isn't particularly masculine or feminine.  It takes lots of rinsing to get all the shampoo out of the hair completely, and rinsing in cooler water at the end seems to make hair more shiny when dry.   This is a nice value priced, family size, family friendly shampoo.
