Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion Review

I have gone through at least 10 different brands of moisturizers since I was a teen, looking for the perfect lotion to help my dry and sensitive skin stay smooth and moist.  The problem has been that what works during humid summers doesn't help me at all during winters.  (It's been so bad that my eye lids have actually peeled, my skin has been THAT dry!)  However, once I found Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion, I found the product that works during every season and keeps my skin perfectly balanced.

Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion comes in a white 4.05 Fl. oz. bottle with a blue cap.  Lotion is easily squeezed out of the bottle and comes out just as well from the first squeeze to the last drop.  It contains sunscreen (SPF 15), which I love...saves me an extra step in the morning.  The lotion is hypo-allergenic, non-comodogenic, and contains 5 nutrient lipids to reach the different layers of skin. 

I love everything about this lotion but one thing...it is not a natural product and contains parabens.  Other than that, there are so many advantages that Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion has over other products I've tried.  This lotion does not leave my skin feeling greasy or like I was wearing a mask.  I apply it and allow it to absorb for a minute or two, then I apply my mineral foundation, which goes on smoothly even without using a primer.  It has a nice light fragrance, but Dove also offers a fragrance-free version if you are sensitive to smells.  My skin has not shown the chapped and flaky texture I have suffered from in past winters since I started using this lotion.  To top it all off, Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion is one of the cheaper moisturizers I have purchased...under $6!

I love my Dove Deep Moisture Facial Lotion year-round and will continue to buy this as long as Unilever plans on sellng it!
