I never thought I would ever change bakeware products after years of using the teflon coated ones and glass products. But after deciding that I needed to update my old bakeware with new ones I was using I came across the Doughmakers brand while walking through the local county fair booth building. My Mom had mentioned that she had a Doughmaker cake pan and loved it. the difference was that you have to use butter or a solid greasing agent like Crisco or a shortening to grease the pans as they have a finish that looks like a stone patio with all the shapes fitting together and leaving an uneven finish...
