To the PointI have been buying from Doubleday on and off for years now. For the first time I went to the site to activate my membership. I always cancel it after I have fulfilled my obligations and then I'll get a "please come back" letter or e-mail. I had wanted for some time to join a book club but wanted to check out the large print books.  I don't really need them yet but it does make it easier on the eyes, less eye strain & I seem to be able to read faster.  Once I read one from our library, I was hooked so joined the Double Day Large Print Book Club.  Have been a member for about 3 yrs. now & am ready to stop so they will send me offers to come back.   It's all so easy now...you can cancel the book of the month online, order books online plus they do offer books on sale at times.  You can check your… read full review »
