Double Tree Hotel - Memphis, TN Review

While on a one night business trip, I chose to have valet service park my car.  During the night in the hotel's so-called secured parking, my driver's window was broken and my gps unit stolen.  I was assured by the hotel valet service and the manager on duty that they would take care of me.  Paperwork was filled out and I was on my way home with no window and no gps.  It took the them 3 days to call me and tell me that they were probably not going to take care of the costs of the damage.  I recieved an impersonal letter almost a week later.  Basically, they informed me that I was out of luck.  Don't waste your time at  a hotel that does not keep it's word.  They have lost my business and hopefully yours as well.
