Don't Forget the Lyrics Review

Contestants are allowed to choose between two songs per category. The contestant is asked to sing the lyrics to the chosen song and fill in missing words. Correctly singing the lyrics, the contestant wins money. The money increases each round and if they reach the 25,000$ spot, then they are guaranteed to walk away with 25,000$. They are able to use 3 helps. The first help is a list of four possible lyric lines, where one of them is correct. The second help is chosing two words to see the correct word. And the third help is having a family member or friend come and sing the song with you. Each help can only be used once.

The songs the contestants sing are some of the greatest hits of all time. It's fun to sing along and see if you, yourself, know the lyrics to songs you have grown-up hearing time and again on the radio.

Music can bring up emotions and inspire. It's interesting to hear a song on the show that brings up memories from your past. Or finally learn the real lyrics to a song; so that the next time you hear it, you will be able to sing along correctly.

Wayne Brady is a great host, and will do special things for some guests, which can just warm your heart. For instance, connecting one contestant to her husband to be whom is fighting across the seas via audio and camera during the show.
