Don Piper et al - 90 Minutes In Heaven: A True Story of Death & Life Books Review

I really enjoyed reading this book. I usually get bored with non-fiction because many non-fiction authors try to sound like fabulous writers, and if they'd keep it simple, the reading would be far more enjoyable.

This book does a great job of keeping it real, interesting, and not too wordy.

Exactly as the author described I wanted to hear more about heaven... It made me homesick for a place I've never been. I could feel myself there, I could see the glory, feel the supernatural reality of heaven.

The book goes on to describe in painful detail Don's struggle. I feel very sorry for this man because there is no happy ending. He is living in pain, and still feels many effects of his brush with death.

It seems as if this man's life, God used for other people, and Don has strived to find his own destiny, while being used profoundly in the destiny of others.

Lord help him feel like the valued son he is, and give him great clarity of a vision and purpose for his future. In Jesus name AMEN
