Prior to Domain Direct buying my provider I had good service. Price was competitive and service was fair to good - it worked. Now that Domain Direct has taken over I have experienced several multi-day outages and NO ACCESS to my account. This is destroying my business and I simply can't stand by and not act. These clowns won't stay in business long, they are going to get sued.

Thanks for warning us. I hate feeling at the mercy of the webhost! My webhost just screwed up my entire site, lucky for me it wasn't work related but it still ticks me off that I can't do anything about it.
