As of October 2007 I will be canceling my 3 accounts with them following 8 weeks of continued technical failures resulting in 75-100% downtime.
Although I've had accounts with them for 10+ years, their current ownership and/or technical systems seem to be failing across the board. I've tried to work with their technical services department for 7-8 weeks and they cannot even provide HOPE of returning to normal.
