I have only bought dollar store pregnancy tests and they work just as well as the $10 brands out there... if it's a positive result you're gonna need to save all the money you can!! Imagine how many diapers $10 will buy!
My only issue with the dollar store type ones, and I'm not sure if this is all of them, but the ones I have you need to first pee in a cup then use the little squrty item to put some drops into a hole in the pregnancy test. It sounds a lot more complicated than it really is, but it is a few more steps than your regular pregnancy test. It is also a bit annoying if you don't have any disposable cups lying around to pee in. It becomes a whole process you have to plan in advanced because getting the cup has been the one thing I always forget when I am taking that test! It also makes it hard to take the test in public washrooms unless they have those disposable cups handy!
All in all, it's a great savings and I wouldn't buy anything but them - only cuz I am cheap!
