On three separate occasions i booked a Dollar reservation due to the price of the rental. I alos joined the preferred customer program. Using the preffered custmer reservation I found myself waiting longer in the pickup area then the people who went to the counter in the terminal and just had to pick up keys. All three times my rated on the contract was higher than the rate I was quoted on the confirmation. Alszo i was told that a Toyota Corrla was a Full size car equal to a Dodge Charger. I think not. When i wrote to Dollar headquarters, I was told but we don't guarantee the type of car. Other than that the cars were clean and servicable.
