Dollar Rent A Car Review

I had been a frequent user of Dollar car services - at least until this last trip.  They charged for extra insurance and when I questioned them they told me the charge wasn't for insurance, it was the regular base rate.  When I received the receipt for checking the car back in the code on the receipt matched the insurance code.  They have refused to refund the extra insurance saying I used it and I initialed it (I actually did not initial it) and that I didn't inform them before taking the car out of the lot that it was wrong.  I handle travel for many companies and have discontinued any contracts I have with Dollar.  I would not recommend using them.  If you do - keep an eye on what they're charging you for, more than likely they are charging you for services you don't need or want.
